Domains registered and renewed with us have the advantage of free nameserver hosting for DNS pointing, and clients with 10 or more domains can use our server for domain and email redirection through an Enterprise DNS package.
The first step is to ensure your domain is using the following nameservers:
- ns1.netzoomi.net
- ns2.netzoomi.net
- ns3.netzoomi.net
STEP 1
Go to Services > My Services and click on your Enterprise DNS package to access the service page. On the left hand side menu, click Addon Domains.
STEP 2
Click on the blue 'Create Addon Domain' button. Type in your domain and the system will autofill the other two fields.
(note for advanced users: the subdomain must be unique. So if you have 'example.com' and 'example.co.uk' you must create unique subdomain entries: 'example-com' 'example-co-uk')
STEP 3
Once your domain is added to your Enterprise DNS package, you can click on the 'DNS Zone Editor' in the left hand side menu to search for and begin editing your new domain's DNS.
